Capital Improvements

Investing in every student's experience at Pine View.

For several years, PVA has been a careful steward of the funds our community raises. That stewardship lets us reinvest in the campus itself: the spaces, facilities, and improvements that make a Pine View education better for every Python, year after year.

With gratitude

Thank you to our Giving Challenge and Read-a-thon donors.

The media center update is becoming a reality because of you. Gifts to the 2026 Giving Challenge and the Read-a-thon, alongside our community's continued generosity, are funding a project that thousands of Pythons will use every day.

Every family, alum, faculty member, and sponsor who gave is part of this. Thank you for helping us invest in the place where Pine View students learn, study, and grow.

The projects

What we are building, and what came before.

Each year PVA draws on reserves built over time to fund larger campus improvements, the kind of work that lives beyond a single school year.

Media center update

The Pine View Media Center serves over 2,000 students in grades 2–12. PVA is funding a full reimagining of the space: flexible collaboration zones, updated technology and study carrels, refreshed reading nooks for elementary readers, and a maker and quiet-study balance for middle and high school.

Construction takes place over the summer, and the renovated media center opens for the 2026–27 school year. It is one of PVA's most significant capital commitments to date.

School entrance sign

A new sign at Pine View's main campus entrance on Python Path, funded by PVA. A lasting, welcoming marker for the school our community is proud of.

Completed

Elementary playground turf

All-weather artificial turf for the elementary playground, a prior PVA capital project that is already paying off in usable recess time. Rain or shine, the youngest Pythons get their playground back.

Good stewards

Your generosity, reinvested in Pine View.

PVA is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3). The funds our community raises are stewarded carefully and put back into the campus, so each gift keeps working for Pine View students long after it is given.
