PVA Funding Requests
PVA raises and disburses funds in support of Our Mission.
On this page, Pine View Clubs, Staff, and Teachers can find helpful information on how to raise funds, manage budgets, and request funding from PVA.
Please follow the recommendations in this PowerPoint, that was presented by the PVA Funding Committee in the late summer of 2023: PVA Funding 1-2-3s.
Please note the following guidelines from the School administration:
“Prior to seeking a funding request proposal through PVA, any club sponsor or faculty/staff member must discuss the proposal with the administration and explore internal and external funding sources, prior level(s) of funding, number of students served, and alignment with our Pine View School Mission. Only those funding requests which are approved, and cannot otherwise be funded, will be sent forward to PVA for presentation and consideration for funding. Regardless of whether Pine View School funds the request, or it eventually is considered and possibly approved through PVA, all Sarasota County School Board policies must be followed.”
When ready, please use this form to submit your funding request to PVA for consideration. Requests must be submitted and approved by administration a minimum of two weeks before next scheduled PVA meeting.
